On his left arm, he has the tattoo with the writing "You'll Never Walk Alone" as well as a tattoo of a Celtic Cross.
On his back shoulder, he has the tattoo of a Leprechaun (The Crest of Notre Dame, The fighting Irish)
Noel has two sleepers in his left ear.

He was last seen at 5am Thursday morning (19th of November) on the Erasmus Bridge, near Churchillplein, in the heart of Rotterdam, Holland.
